If you need someone to come out and check your main, please call the City of Lansing Public Service Department at 517-483-4161 or 517-483-4455 Ext 3. This number is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may need to leave a message, so please include your name, address, phone number, and describe the problem.
If you feel that you have a damage claim due to a sewer failure (sewer must be tributary to City of Lansing sewer), you may call the same number and ask for a claim form to be mailed to you. Or you may click here for a form.
